Senior Social Content Manager
Build the biggest wedding conversation on the internet.
Mission
Build the biggest wedding conversation on the internet.
Through exceptional storytelling across TikTok, YouTube Shorts and emerging platforms, you introduce millions of women to Six Stories. You create the conversations, formats and personality that make people stop, watch, share and come back.
The Role
This is a rare opportunity to build something from the ground up. Six Stories has already built an incredible foundation of brand love. Now we're looking for someone to build our next growth engine.
You'll own TikTok, YouTube Shorts and emerging platforms, defining how Six Stories earns attention, grows community and reaches millions of women around the world. You'll have the freedom to create the formats, storytelling and creative systems that become synonymous with our brand.
This is a player-manager role. You'll set the strategy whilst remaining deeply involved in the work itself, developing ideas, filming, editing, presenting and continually testing new ways to earn attention. You will play a key role in building the team around you, identifying and developing exceptional talent with outstanding creative judgement. You'll coach others to raise the standard of execution whilst staying close to the craft yourself, leading by example every step of the way.

Outcomes
1) Build the biggest wedding conversation on the internet. Own TikTok, YouTube Shorts and emerging platforms as our primary attention channels, building a loyal audience that chooses to spend time with Six Stories. What success looks like:
Six Stories develops a distinctive and recognisable voice across every platform.
Organic reach, engagement and audience growth continually improve.
Our content reaches new audiences, particularly within the US market.
Six Stories becomes part of wider conversations around weddings, fashion and modern love.
Our channels become destinations that people actively return to, rather than simply places we publish content.
2) Build a content system that earns attention. Develop repeatable formats and series that create consistency, recognition and long-term audience growth. What success looks like:
Signature content formats are established and consistently repeated.
Every format has a clear role within the wider content strategy.
Content is planned as a connected system rather than isolated videos.
New ideas are continually tested, refined and improved through performance.
3) Tell the stories people actually care about. Create content that entertains, educates and emotionally connects by putting the customer, not the product, at the centre of every story. What success looks like:
Content explores the worlds of modern love, the bride-to-be journey, girlhood, founder stories, fashion, behind-the-scenes, product craftsmanship and community.
Every piece of content has a clear reason to exist.
Stories are designed to be shared, discussed and remembered.
Products are explained through emotion, craftsmanship and customer insight rather than features.
Six Stories becomes a trusted voice throughout every chapter of the wedding journey.
4) Become a recognisable voice behind the Six Stories brand. Help build a social presence that feels human, warm and unmistakably Six Stories. What success looks like:
You're confident appearing on camera and telling stories that resonate.
Founder content feels authentic, engaging and consistent.
The audience builds trust with the people behind the brand.
Six Stories develops recognisable personalities that strengthen community and loyalty.
Customers feel connected to the brand long before they make a purchase.
5) Raise the creative standard. Champion exceptional creative judgement, platform expertise and execution across every piece of content. What success looks like:
Every video starts with a compelling hook and keeps people watching.
Creative decisions are informed by customer insight, platform behaviour and performance.
Trends are interpreted through the Six Stories lens rather than copied.
Content is delivered with pace whilst maintaining exceptional quality.
The overall standard of Six Stories' short-form content continually improves.
